Working at Marsi Housing
Our team includes support workers and housing staff who help tenants settle in, stay well and move on. The work is varied and rewarding, and every day makes a difference to someone’s life.

Safer recruitment
Because our work involves people who may be vulnerable, everyone who works or volunteers with tenants is asked for references and an enhanced DBS check before they start, and must have the right to work in the UK.
Volunteering
We would like to hear from people who could give a few hours to help tenants feel at home, for example by:
- helping with English conversation practice
- running or joining activities and outings
- sharing practical skills like cooking, budgeting or CV writing
