Mental health supported housing
A safe, settled home with regular support, for adults living with mental health challenges who are ready to take the next step towards independence.
Who it is for
Our supported housing is for adults whose mental health makes it hard to find or keep a home on their own, including people:
- leaving hospital or a mental health unit who need support to settle back into the community
- who are homeless, at risk of homelessness or living somewhere unsuitable
- moving on from more intensive supported accommodation
- who want to build the skills and confidence to live independently
We always talk through whether our accommodation is the right fit. If it is not, we will try to point you to someone who can help.

- A named support worker
- Regular one-to-one support sessions
- Help with benefits, bills and your Housing Benefit claim

Working with your care team
We work closely with community mental health teams, care coordinators, GPs and hospital discharge teams. With your agreement, we share the information that helps keep you well, and we agree together what should happen if your mental health starts to get worse.
We are a housing and support service, not a clinical one. Your treatment stays with your health team; our job is to make sure your home and your day-to-day life support your recovery.
Need a safe place to live, or referring someone who does?
Talk to us first or send a referral online. We will tell you honestly whether we can help, and how quickly.
